At last – it’s the January/February off season, and I’m finally getting my act together whilst the editing queue is quiet to do a blog!
Kelly & Andrew – oh my, what a day this was! If ever there is a prime example of how a dull and rainy autumn day can still deliver an epic wedding, then this is it!
The setting was the gorgeous Tissington Hall in Derbyshire – one of my favourite venues, somewhere that’s almost been a second home to me over this last wedding season. Everything from the location to the staff to the photo opportunities are all epic.
Kelly & Andrew live in London and are probably two of the most motivated people I’ve ever come across – instead of a relaxing morning having a chill and a full English, Andrew casually won the park run (by miles apparently) on the morning of the wedding – something I’m sure will never be repeated.
With the day off to a winning start, the rest of the wedding being perfectly gorgeous was guaranteed and my job as photographer was a dream, capturing all of these amazing moments one after another.
2023 has been a blast – I can’t wait to share more with you soon – for now, enjoy this little piece of wedding heaven!
