Emma & Bobby – Makeney Hall Wedding
There were so many great things about this wedding!
As a photographer, getting great locations to shoot weddings is a real pleasure – today was perfect! Not only did I have Emma & Bobby’s beautiful house to photograph the bridal preparations, but also the lovely Makeney Hall for the rest of the day. The only slight challenge was the weather.
This wedding is a great example of how even if you get rain, your wedding can still be an amazing day. Emma & Bobby wanted to get married outside using the new outdoor ceremony area at Makeney, which in the rain was very romantic. With a few breaks in the rain we managed to grab a few shots outside, including a few with Emma & Bobby’s dog Smurf, and then used the ample inside photography opportunities.
Add some hilarious speeches, a beautiful first dance and a great atmosphere at the evening reception, and you have a great wedding!
